Mint Choc Chip Nice Cream

this mint choc chip nice cream tastes just like the real deal.

Ingredients

  • 500 g yoghurt
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1 tsp green food colouring (optional)
  • 2 tbsps honey
  • to taste Chocolate chips

Directions

    Mix everything together, pour into a freezer-safe container and freeze until firm.

    When you’re ready to eat it, leave it out for a few minutes to soften, then scoop and enjoy!
