Weetabix Raspberry Chocolate Pistachio Cheesecake

raspberry, chocolate & pistachio cheesecake made with Weetabix.

Ingredients

  • 1 Weetabix
  • splash water or milk
  • 30 grams plain yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon raspberry jam
  • 1 square dark chocolate
  • crushed pistachios (for topping)

Directions

    Mash 1 Weetabix and press down to make a smooth base

  2. 2

    Mix yoghurt with a spoon of raspberry jam and spread on top

  3. 3

    Drizzle over some melted dark chocolate

  4. 4

    Finish with a sprinkle of crushed pistachios
