Hi, I’m Tara - the chocolate loving baker behind Tara’s Tasty Treats! 🧁🍫

When I’m not in the kitchen, you’ll usually find me walking in nature, travelling, or getting lost in a good book (most likely with a square of chocolate in hand 🍫☕).

I grew up in a big foodie household, where food has always meant so much more than simply what’s on the plate. For us, food is about love, experiences and bringing people together, from home-cooked family meals to celebrating special occasions with beautifully made cake.

My love of baking started when I was little, baking alongside my beautiful older sister and finding inspiration in our children’s cookbooks, which are now very well-loved and covered in years of cake batter!

All these years later, I’m still baking, experimenting and creating, only now, I get to share it all with you lovely people!
